First Team Physio Appointed

New Milton Town FC are delighted to announce the appointment of First Team Physiotherapist Christian Farah.

Christian is a qualified Sports Therapist, who will be able to provide comprehensive tailor-made rehabilitation programs to restore athletes to peak performance following injury. Specialising in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, he is able to perform an array of manual therapy techniques such as mobilisations, soft tissue release and trigger point therapy, as well as providing strength and conditioning to enhance sporting performance and prevent injury.

First Team Manager Paul Turner said “I am delighted to welcome Christian to the club, who will be an integral part of the management team. Christian comes highly recommended and will work with players to offer first class rehabilitation treatment and strength and conditioning programs. This appointment gives further statement of the clubs ambition and direction.”

His qualifications include a BSc Sports Therapy degree from Bournemouth University, Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), qualified personal trainer, and nutritional therapist qualification. Christian is also a member of the Society of Sports Therapists, REPs, and National Strength and Conditioning Association.

Christian is also a keen sportsman having competed at an elite level for eight years representing Dorset in the NBL, in addition, he has also represented South West England in the Regional Basketball Finals.
