Men's Development Team
Blurb
The Development Team play in the Hampshire Combination & Development League West Division, They are a vital part of the set up at the Club.
The group of young, talented players are managed by Danny Thomas, who is ably assisted by Rich Preston.
The close relationship between the Firsts and Development allows players to move between the two teams seamlessly with the same playing ethos. Several players have been called up to the First Team and indeed, First Team players coming back from injury or in need of game time, turn out for the Development Team.
Fluidity is key and this is the main factor in building a sustainable model at the Club.
